Where are we going?
Imagine the year is 2026 -- twenty years from now. All sorts of things have happened in the intervening decades since we, the St Paul Broadband Advisory Committee, did our work way back in 2006.
Here's a page which describes the way broadband contributes to the fabric of St Paul -- one of America's most livable cities. In order to let us expand this document in an orderly way, this page is structured as the answers to Frequently Asked Questions (an FAQ) about St Paul broadband in the year 2006.
When building the answers to these questions, be as detailed as possible -- all the better to describe our destination. Resist the temptation (in this portion of the wiki) to describe how we got here, or what technologies we're using -- that's a conversation that we'll focus on in the "how will we get there" portion of our work. Right now, we're working on "where are we going?"
